  • What is your practice cancellation/reimbursement policy?
    At Ball Masters Florida, we have established a practice cancellation and reimbursement policy to uphold fairness and efficient administration. Cancellations made between 1 and 13 days before the camp's/practice start will incur a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once a camp has commenced, there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows, except in cases of injuries sustained during the camp.
  • Is it advisable for the player's family to have an insurance policy?
    Absolutely! We strongly recommend that each family has a valid medical insurance policy in place for their player(s). While soccer is an exciting and rewarding sport, injuries can happen, and it's essential to be prepared for such situations. Having appropriate medical insurance ensures that players receive the necessary healthcare and treatment in case of injuries sustained during training or matches. The well-being and safety of our players are of utmost importance to us at Ball Masters Florida, and having medical insurance provides an additional layer of protection and peace of mind for both players and their families.
  • What is the best way to stay up to date with Ball Masters new camps, trainings, cancellations etc?
    We highly recommend signing up for our newsletter here. We regularly email important information once a week with special updates, camp announcements, cancellations and need to knows. Ball Masters is also on IG and posts about sessions, camps, and special events @ballmasterflorida
  • What is the recommended arrival time for players before practice? What equipment should they have with them?
    At Ball Masters Florida, we suggest that players arrive at the field around 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. It's important for players to come prepared with the required gear, including a suitable soccer uniform comprising a jersey, shorts, soccer socks, shin guards, and the appropriate footwear, such as cleats or indoor shoes. We also strongly recommend bringing sunscreen to shield against sun exposure and ensuring you have an ample supply of water. Lastly, don't forget to bring your own soccer ball.   • What level of player is appropriate for participation in Ball Masters training?
    Ball Masters Florida extends a warm welcome to players of every skill level, valuing the rich diversity of talent, from newcomers to highly skilled individuals, including those affiliated with MLS Academy or ECNL. Our carefully crafted curriculum is designed with meticulous attention to cater to players of all ages and abilities, offering a well-rounded approach to development that encourages progress, irrespective of one's initial skill level.   • Starting at what age are players eligible to participate in Ball Masters Florida camps and training programs?
    Ball Masters Florida offers customized training programs designed for young athletes starting at the age of 3. Additionally, we tailor specific camps and training sessions to particular age groups, and these details will be clearly outlined in the event descriptions.
  • Is Ball Masters Florida affiliated with any soccer clubs?
    At Ball Masters Florida, we operate as an independent soccer academy committed to providing additional training for dedicated players. Our coaches are not associated with any local youth clubs in Florida, guaranteeing an impartial and unbiased approach to player development.
  • How does Ball Masters Florida handle weather related disruptions?
    Our team at Ball Masters Florida responsibly assesses the feasibility of conducting training sessions on rainy days. Notifications for cancellations will be sent via text message at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled session. If a session needs to be concluded prematurely due to rain and lightning, charges will only apply if at least 50% of the session has been completed.
  • What if a friend wants to join my 1on1 or group session last minute?
    Not a problem whatsoever. An additional fee will only be applicable if your child's friend wishes to join on a regular basis.
